This is an educational scene I prepared about mechanical advantage and disadvantage. Most of the time when it comes to lifting something you want extra mechanical advantage, like 2:1. That would mean 50 pounds of force on one end would be 100 pounds on the other. If you using gears like I did, it will also go twice as slow. so If it were rotating at 10 rpm, like in the scene, the stronger gear would rotate at 5 rpm, and the weaker gear would rotate at 20 rpm. When something is stronger it's probably going to be weaker in this mechanical advantage and disadvantage math. Same goes for weaker, it would be faster, usually refering to gears.
