(Digital protein folding kit)
is a digital reprezentation of proteins and it is a 2d reprezentation of proteins.

Substrates are not yet possible in anyway with this model.

BLUE side chain clips are positive and form hydrogen bonds with acidic RED side chain clips or the backbones itself and also that polar amino acids can do that too!

Hydrogen bonding works when either a backbone or a sidechain are close enough for hydrogen bonding (hydrogen bonding is a IMF an intermolecular force.)

disulfide requires 2 Cytesine moleucles react to make a disulfide bond (disulfide bonds requires 2 CYS side chains)
