The mouse scrolling code in this scene is by asa33100. Check out Mouse Scrolling ?. I use asa33100's code with a universal mouseover detector and common code that provides onMouseEnter, onMouseLeave, onMouseOver, and onScroll handlers. My goal was to make the code more universal and easier to use.

Rev A: Added Xray's Panel Meter to the scrollable items.

While adjusting the high voltage meter to 100 Kilovolts , a huge spark jumped from my keyboard to my mouse and knocked me off my chair! I think you'd better warn people about that before someone gets seriously injured. :mad:

That's because the volt meter and pot are each connected in parallel with the voltage doubler circuit that's after the flyback transformer.
