As most of us know, Algodoo is pretty glitchy.
Usually these glitches are annoying, but what would happen if we were to maybe... tame the glitchiness?
I'll cut to the chase: This Go-Kart is powered by bugs!
You can control it by using A, S, and D.
A is reverse, S is brakes, and D is forwards.
A while ago (2017), I was trying to build a plane of some sort.
Back then, I didn't know about the "No Self-Collision" property, so the retractable landing wheel got wedged inside of the plane body.
Strangely, however, the wheel began to spin!
So, I took that wheel and put it onto a basic car of sorts.
Well, that was 6 years ago, and lately I've been making a bunch of engines - so, why not build a glitch engine?
This engine runs on a similar principle as the old bug-powered car, however it's a lot more compact than the old one.
One of the first things I noticed was that this engine shakes - a lot!
As such, the engine is mounted on its own set of low-constant axles, and it can be seen shaking back and forth. Kind of fun.
It's pretty slow though, lol.
It also doesn't have that much power, which is why I had to choose a track with such gentle slopes.
Have phun!

P.S: This scene is in an old offroad track of mine, so I thought I would revisit it! |
