Flapjack is a boy raised by a talking whale named Bubbie, they both lead a quiet life until they must rescue a pirate named Captain K'nuckles and he tells Flapjack about the Candied. Island Inspired by the pirate, Flapjack and Bubbie get into strange trouble and misadventures in search of Candied Island. These three characters spend most of their time in Stormy Harbor where they consume sweets, seek adventure, and get into trouble.
