I figured out a way to cheat the system. 1. Select the knife tool. 2. Draw a circular line around the blue circle and continue holding the left mouse button. 3. While still holding the left mouse button, push the blue circle so that it intersects the knife circular line that you drew. 4. Release the left mouse button. BOOM! The blue circle can no longer move because it had been cut and is now two polygons! Now, CLICK ON IT! :lol:
