I saw few ball spawn engines, but I didn't liked that ball spawn when cylinder is at top point, so I added sync gears.

Just connect engine with wheels by pressing "right arrow" once and watch <:

Great scene. Your engine is an actual 4 cycle, unlike most spawn engines. I like how the muffler is just hanging there. lol.
