I think this is Peggle. Well since my big project have been taking so long (Tanks and Galgodoo) i decided to take a break and make this.
Right and left arrow keys to move. enter to fire.
I am pretty sure it is Phun safe(AKA: No lasers and Thyme was not complicated).
