Goal is to make a remotely controlled vehicle.
only thing known to transmitter and reciever initially is the satelite's position.
how it works:
1-transmitter and reciever send info to the satelite, informing their current coordinates
2-satelite changes angle so that the emitter beam gets reflected to the reciever.

still doesn't work on a full 360 degree scan(again quadrant switching issues), and apparently angle corrector scripts won't fix it so easily.

next steps:
make the car to move by using the transmitter
Fix the angle problem
release it, duh!
