Okay so first of all, I can't understand you.

And second, I can't understand WTF you did. How does making the outer circles spin affect how well the engine runs? Meanwhile putting extra weight to the outside does make it less powerful.

Please explain?

k i got it up to 56 rads than rather then 46 rads around the the original and the outer circles give in momenteum k then the extra is to make the outer circle go crazy and spaz outta sight but it is more stronger than before torque wise:mad:
