Adjust torque on motor and brake to make it change gear ratios stepless.

There should be boxes for adjusting the springs for both the primary and secondary, and a box for adjusting the weights in the primary vario.

Adjusting the weight and springs changes which rpm it should "gear" up on. Its now set up to "gear" up at 45 rpm
