I've run this test before on another innocent polygon victim, and it works the same way. By bringing a polygon to an EXTREME velocity, either by turning off air resistance and letting it fall forever, or by using maximum geometry controller speed and density, this happens. Try surrounding the box in planes, tossing it around, and playing with it to see how this glitch affects it.
