A pair of FruitMonger Industries brand channel lock pliers.

They seem to be pretty strong, but I haven't tested them much, so they could be really weak. Either way, I tried to make them as accurate as possible, and personally, I think I did a pretty good job, but I'll let you decide.

Updates:

V. 1.1 - Changed the angle of the jaws like s_noonan suggested

Excellent construction. Smooth operation. Very strong. My only suggestion would be to make the jaw surface 90 degrees to the the slot axis. That way the jaws will always be directly opposed whenever they are parallel to each other.
