I got it - Set the blue part on the right (not the motor part) to an attraction of -100.00.After that, set the red part on the motor to an attraction of -100.00. After that, it should start spinning slowly.It may stop though, so you may have to apply an uneven force.

Also, increasing the force of both the red and blue sides that arent on the motor will make it spin faster.
