This vehicle transports water in an open container and it doesn't spill a drop (This was done without the use of Thyme script!).

I give credit to Algobot5000 for most of the scene. I simply modified his scene by removing the Thyme script, and by utilizing a different method of preventing the water from spilling. It's called......
