I propose that score for each animal be proportional to its average weight and that the score for each head of state be proportional to the deaths caused by that state's military while the head of state is in office.

@s_noonan - Thanks for your suggestions. My evaluations of the animals and heads of state were mainly based on my own perceptions of who and what I like and dislike. Of course other people would most likely have much different subjective or objective evaluations that are much different from mine. So, the bottom line is, rather than try to please everyone (an impossible exercise) I'm going to leave the evaluations as they are.
