Very good work for your first plane! Its a little tuff to control but you will get better with every plane. This thing looks great, I hope to see you do more planes and its good to see someone do a plane no one else has done yet (or at least I dont think anyone has done this one yet). :tup:
I used pitch for take off on the 1st try and on the 2nd try I let the plane do it and the tail lifted off before the nose but took off fine. I dont want to talk about the landings, they were ugly.....lol But with practice it would improve Im sure.

Also the fine tuning of flight controls is the best part of making aircraft with Phun/Algodoo IMO.

An update about Mom, she just came home today which is good but she was diagnosed with a mild form Leukemia at least we hope its mild. We find out later in the week. The Dr says she has a really good chance of beating it.

She has had Multiple Sclerosis since 1975 and she has fought that very well keeping it from progressing very little until recently, I just hope she still has a lot of fight left for this too.
Im so sorry about your Mom, I know how you feel. Thats how I am about my Dad who died in 04.

Its past midnight and I just got back from taking Mom back to the hospital, she became beyond disoriented and almost catatonic (sp?).

The ER nurse said she appears to still have a major bladder infection(That we were told this morning was gone) and get this.... she is severely dehydrated! The ER couldnt believe she had just been released this afternoon dehydrated like that. I dont trust their diagnosis of leukemia now, her extreme high white blood cell cound may have just been an extreme infection. Tomorrow I am gonna grab who ever the highest up there is by the shirt man or woman and explain to them that what ever happens to my Mom is gonna happen to them!

And no I dont work for Algodoo, Im not smart enuff (no joke just fact). I was one of the beta testers for beta 5.0 and they picked some scenes from the testers to include as sample scenes.

Thanks XRay, for some reason it seems like scenes made in v 2.0.2 that use spawning are bugged when you run them in 2.1.0. It works fine in v 2.0.2
It seems like its a sim.time thing, sim.time starts running for the spawned objects at the start of the scene instead of at the time the spawned object is created so its life is over before it starts since its only supposed to last a few seconds anyway if its time starts at time of spawning like its supposed to.
@Gent, I love RC copters!!!! Its strange but Im much more comfortable flying them than an RC plane.

@ Noonan, I havent used algodoo in soo long I was just finishing an old scene I started in v 2.0.2 but you are right I do need to start using v 2.1.0, Thanks for the useful info, I will repair the scene and re-upload.:tup:

Great work!!!! Love Wankles! I have had probs with stuff sticking to the background and everytime I have seen it it was parts that had been glued together. Even if I used Loosen they would stil stick together later on in the scene building process...... irritating!!!!
