I know I denied a few years ago, but I was projecting (i wasnt allowed to do nearly anything back then) -- but the truth is, i am a gacha/OC kid to my core!
I've been into Gacha for 2 years!
I just haven't posted about it on Algobox because I've been scared and the fact that it would be significantly different from my regular scenes
I love my OCs though, and maybe one day I can incorporate some of them into my scenes!
I already have Steph (a daredevil OC) in some of my scenes -- but she's only on Algodoo!
I don't understand the scene, sorry -- it just looks like a periodic table
As for Sprunki, even if you have no interest in it it's okay for other people to post about it. Everyone has their own interests, and posting Sprunki scenes isn't necessarily harmful. The same thing goes for BFDI, Numberblocks, Marble Races, and other scenes people typically have problems with
There's a lot of content on Algobox -- but not everything will please everyone!
It's okay to upload Sprunki scenes, and if you don't like them, it's best to just ignore them.
I hope my insight helps! Sorry if this comment came off as rude or anything -- I'm just trying to give my two cents on the situation!
I'm uncertain as of right now, but I was thinking maybe something related to Psychology! I've been through a lot when I was younger and I really want to help people who have been through similar situations to mine!
I'm actually taking a Psychology class soon as my final elective class before graduation! I hope to learn more about myself and others.
As for engineering, most of what I make is really improvised and unoptimized -- so I don't think I would be very good at it.
This scene is a good example of that I believe! -- It's fairly improvised and it's more built to work than to be efficient.
For me, a lot of my experience with Thyme came from deconstructing cool scenes I found for the past 8 years.
Most of my knowledge with Thyme above the fundamentals has been developed over the course of the last 2 or 3 years, though.
This scene is quite complex, but I would be more than happy to tell you how some of my less complex scenes work!
I built this scene using my "Visual Form Creator" scene -- which makes scripting for GUIs a lot easier for me -- and hopefully whoever tries it!
If you have any questions in specific about my scenes, someone else's scenes, or just thyme in general, please let me know and I will do the best of my abilities to answer!
I had very, very little outside help for the majority of my time learning Thyme, and I hope to make it easier for Algobox users coming after me to learn it.
@Punka1000 If you are referring to using the godmode button in your Phunlets to enable Godmode, then absolutely!
If you meant using it in scenes -- that's fine too! It's just a button with a simple script, so I don't see a point in keeping it to myself, especially since it was created for an educational purpose.
@hello1337lol
That's interesting! I've never actually tried Algodoo Lessons (perhaps maybe aside from when I had first joined Algodoo, but that was a long time ago and I have hard times remembering)
I'm sure there's probably even more to it that neither of us know about!
Algodoo sure is a mysterious piece of software. I think that's what makes it so captivating to me!
Mom talked to me today about hobbies -- and she said I should really try to get into Engineering (like you said) and Marble Racing!
Both are things I can do on Algodoo!
I know there are a lot of marble race scenes on Algodoo and a lot of users dislike them though, so chances are I won't post them on Algobox -- but it still sounds really fun to do by myself.
This is starting to make me want to make my own object show of some kind!
Prooobably not because I feel like people expect certain kinds of scenes from me but... it's a fun thought!
I can think of entire character arcs and I even imagine one of the characters going through a major transformation like Honeycrisp did here -- albeit permanent!
I kind of imagine turning to stone hurts for a few seconds (assuming it doesn't happen all at once) but once enough of your body turns to stone, it stops hurting and you essentially fall asleep until you are returned from your stone state.
