Algodoo has SPH particles by default! also it isn't possible to simulate more than 5000 particles without a minimal lag. To change water's properties (viscosity, density, etc) you need to know how to use the console intensively
Write "SPH." in the console (without "") and press TAB
It's true, we all copy things of each other and improve it. If you don't like that, then I guess you should say "DON'T COPY!!!11!!1!". he gave credit, and also think that he solved the only problem your engine had, because you didn't
And sure he did changes in the engine...
You're cheating a little bit there. If you see the axle at the wheel (the clutch when you press up) you'll notice that you have used a motor. Use brake instead of forward
I think that this works by centrifugal force. maybe you can show the effect a bit more by putting the motor at 80 or 100 rpm
Good scene anyways. but where are the scripts?
didn't you know that collisions are better with more density? You should make the pistons of density 50, the rods of density 20 and the flywheel of density 100 or more. then you can add more strenght to the springs
That's the solution xD
if you see it the flywheel spins fast and then slow and then fast again. that's because you don't have enough weight.
Really, try what i've said. Then you can add strenghten the springs and make it faster/stronger
That's because you have to define the variable (scene.my.rpm) first
Before you will use any of the variables, drop the console and write the name of the variable and the value you want it to have at the beginning (or just 0.0)
So you would write this: Scene.my.RPM = 0.0
Be aware that writing 0.0 or 0 is NOT the same thing. If you write 0, then if you want to divide the variable, it won't work, so write 0.0! (or 1.0, 500.0 or whatever)
