I adjusted the timing a little more (while I was just screwing around with it) and I got it to cycle mainly between -40 and -30 rad/s without any issues.

I imagine English isn't your primary language? A resort (un resorte) is not spelled right, its a spring.

Its not a "new" type of suspension, since it has been used in a lot of scenes before yours.

I guess its because they have more surface area and they actually fit into eachother like a puzzle instead of just points.

The 4 springs that connect the flywheel are too weak, change the constant to
6* 10^20 or higher for improvements.

I got it to run the fastest at 480 Hz, anything over that makes it go slower.

Turn up the frequency un the settings. It happens because they like go into eachother and vibrate. The frequency make them go inside of eachother less.

On the springs that connect the cylinders to the flywheel, try making the damping extremely high, with an extremely high constant. This will prevent it from spazzing out ang give you a stiff connection.
