I've scale it down to ~1.5m tune density to ~300kg and get about 400Nm of torque on 300RPM, that's pretty good! Not enough for real-weight truck but still good.
.. and looking to that RPM indicator I've post simpler version;)
Bind deleting fixate to some key (like "enter") and it will be even better -)

I've answer your question on forum, it's limitation for new type of hinges.
"wind" affect geom proportional to airFrictionMult. In that code result always 0 so no air friction for boxes. You cn change it by simple edit code and replace 0 to 1 in the end.
Not a bug, it's by design. It can't be solved directly.
Change hingeConstant to some vlue like 100000, or set legacyMode = 0 for hinges.
